Return & Refund Policy

Naypex is a multivendor marketplace. Return policies may vary by vendor. Below are the minimum standards all vendors must follow.
General Return Window
Most products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods (food items, sweets)
- Intimate apparel
- Items marked "Final Sale"
Return Process
Go to My Account → My Orders → select the order
Click "Request Return" and provide the reason (include photos if damaged)
Vendor reviews within 3 business days
If approved, vendor provides a return shipping label (prepaid for defective items; buyer-paid for preference returns)
Refund processed within 5-7 business days after item is received
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact the vendor within 48 hours with photos. The vendor must provide a full refund or replacement at no cost, including a prepaid return label.
