For Buyers
Because Naypex is a marketplace of independent desi vendors, shipping times vary. Most vendors ship within 2-5 business days. Check the product page for estimated delivery or track your order in your Account dashboard.
Yes! Add products from different vendors to your cart. Since they ship from different locations, you'll receive separate tracking numbers and shipping is calculated per vendor.
Contact the vendor directly through the "Get Support" button on your order page. If unresolved within 3 business days, escalate to contact@naypex.com.
Absolutely. For weddings, Sreemantham, corporate events, bulk return gifts, or custom bridal wear, call us at 732-790-4138 or 848-379-9147. We'll assign a specialist to coordinate with our top vendors.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. Naypex never stores your credit card information.
For Vendors
We use automated payment routing via Stripe Connect. When a customer buys your product, our system automatically deducts the flat 6% commission and instantly routes the rest to your connected bank account.
You do! You pack and ship your own products. If a customer requests a return, review it in your vendor dashboard. If approved, generate and upload a return shipping label.
No. No listing fees, no monthly subscriptions. You only pay 6% when you make a sale. That's it.
Most vendor applications are reviewed and approved within 24 hours during business days.
